While national industry and national income per one person is decreasing, many politicians wonder about the of the world globalisation. Workers from new EU member states are constituting a threat for employees from the old EU countries. Will globalisation and outsourcing cause damage or development to the country.
In my opinion the main idea of globalisation is focused on economically underdeveloped countries. Big factories and companies are setting up their business in places where the demand and supply is profitable for both sides. Reducing the costs of employment, the company can develop its structure. The salaries of the workers are higher than average in their countries, which brings indirectly a wealth to underdeveloped countries and helps to develop their identity.
Secondly the problem of globalisation is strictly connected with idea of outsourcing. Workers from poorer countries can find their chance in other country, where they can find their dreamt job. I think this is highly advisable for people to travel in order to find their happiness. After knowing other cultures they can appreciate their own. The perfect job is the only one part of being happy. Travelling and experiencing new things can develop one's personality. Needless to say, this situation can cause a challenge for "native workers" of the country and bring second thoughts about their cultural roots.
On the other hand, globalisation and outsourcing can cause unemployment and frustration of the society of the country where new workers are emigrating or where the company is closing its factories.
Concluding all mentioned above I think we should find a balance suitable for both parties (rich and poor countries). This solution is not easy to make but in my opinion both sides must be willing to communicate. The divination between us and them is outrageous. After all we are all having the same rights to happiness, arent we?
